The activities and events of the winter 2025–2026 season in Courchevel
We welcome you to the Hôtel de La Loze, right in the heart of Courchevel 1850, until Sunday, 19th April, 2026. It will be a wonderful winter season, marked by events and activities organized by the ski resort, as well as the 80th anniversary of Courchevel, celebrated in 2026.
The opening of the 3 Valleys ski area
The 3 Valleys ski area, the largest ski area in the world, will be open from December 6th, 2025, to April 17th, 2026.
Thanks to the snow guarantee of the ski area, you’ll find optimal snow conditions throughout your stay, allowing you to enjoy skiing and the many activities offered in the 3 Valleys.
The must-see sportive events in Courchevel this winter
Women’s Ski World Cup – Tuesday, 16th December
The 2025-2026 season kicks off with the Women’s Ski World Cup – Audi FIS Ski World Cup, where the best female skiers in the world will compete in a night slalom. Enjoy the event from 4 p.m. in Courchevel 1850, along with a DJ set between the two slalom runs.
Men’s Ski World Cup – Saturday, 14th & Sunday, 15th march
In spring, the World Cup will return to Courchevel, this time with the best male skiers in the world. On the famous Piste de l’Eclipse at Courchevel Le Praz, watch two speed events: the Downhill and the Super-G.
Winter Legacy by Alexis Pinturault – sunday, 5th april
At the end of the season, you can enjoy the Winter Legacy, a unique race designed by Alexis Pinturault, a legendary athlete from Courchevel. One run, five events, and a spectacular finale not to be missed during your April stay.
The ski Instructors’ Challenge – from the 13th to the 18th of april
We are proud to be partners of this legendary event for its 74th edition. This annual competition between ESF instructors from all over France is the perfect way to close the season. Expect a high-level competition and a festive atmosphere.
A Festive Spirit in the Heart of the Mountains
In addition to being the World Capital of Skiing, Courchevel is also a prime destination for celebrations. Throughout the festive season, especially during Christmas and New Year’s, the resort comes alive with a wide range of events, entertainment and unforgettable parties.
On April 4th, Live On the Slopes will also return for its second edition. A day dedicated to celebration, creativity and sharing, featuring concerts and artistic performances both on the slopes during the day and in the heart of Courchevel 1850 by night.
The Courchevel International Fireworks Festival
The Courchevel Fireworks Festival is one of the biggest winter events in the Alps. Each year, artists from around the world light up the sky of Courchevel with spectacular fireworks, torchlit descents, and a unique festive atmosphere. An unmissable event to experience the magic of the mountains and dazzling light shows.
